我與xx年3月份正式進入工作崗位，成為一名真正的幼兒教師，理論和實踐有機結合，不斷在教學中積累總結教育教學經驗，與同事們交流探索研究新方法新方案。生活中我樂觀向上，每天都帶着一份好心情投入到工作中，帶着微笑迎接孩子，看到家長把孩子放心的交給我，孩子在我的帶領下玩的很開心，我覺得這就是我工作的價值好意義。我每天都以平和的心態，飽滿的情緒，真誠對待每一個孩子，排除追逐名利，拈輕怕重，用平平常常的心態，高高興興的心情來幹實實在在的實情。我和孩子打成一片，成為孩子們的好朋友。在教學中，我對自己工作表現也有滿意和不足，但無論怎樣，都需要自己踏踏實實的工作，實實在在的做人。我也經常被園領導派出去學習、觀摩她們的教學活動來學以致用，取長補短，為做好教學工作，我認真制定教案並根據孩子們的特點設計教學活動。在教法上，不斷反思與總結，努力實踐。在幼教工作中，我非常熱愛自己的幼教事業，熱愛本職工作，熱愛每一個孩子，用愛心、耐心讓孩子喜歡我，願和我交朋友，只因這八年來，我尊重每一個孩子，以為我知道每一個孩子都渴望得到老的愛和尊重，我與孩子平等相待，不隨便喝斥孩子，把愛傳遞給孩子，把孩子看重，他們才會尊重老師，喜歡老師，才會願意學習老師傳授他們的各項知識。八年的幼教工作，使我自身的素質和覺悟都提高了，在教學上我結合【綱要】不斷探索、研究、領會其中的精神，樹立了新的教育觀念，尊重每一個孩子，能根據孩子發展的需要努力為孩子提供一個可發展可探索的環境，並不斷將新的理念與教育形式融入到我們的實際行為中。
我積極學習各種教育理論，閲讀有關書籍，以充實自己，以便在工作中有堅實的理論作指導，更好地進行教育教學。
教育是一門博大精神的學問，而且學無定法，面對如雪花紛飛般的教材及網絡給我們豐富的信息經驗，我們必須把握一點：讓孩子們真正做到在快樂中學，在快樂中得到發展。
做教師難，做幼兒教師更難。但是我覺得在辛苦中能感受到別人感受不到的樂趣----------那就是童年的樂趣。這一切都很值得，因為我的付出，得到的將是一個美麗的童年!

回顧這一年來，我一直認真履行工作職責，努力學習，不斷進取，積極參加黨支部和黨小組組織的各項政治學習，學習黨的基本理論、基本知識，認真學習黨章，自覺遵守黨章，切實貫徹黨章，堅決維護黨章，用三個代表重要思想武裝頭腦，不斷提高政治理論水平和黨性修養。充分發揮了作為一名黨員模範帶頭作用，努力完成了各項工作任務。現將近期的學習和工作簡要總結如下：
這短時間以來，我主動加強對政治理論知識的學習，積極配合支部的組織生活計劃，切實地提高了自己的思想認識，同時注重加強對外界時政的瞭解，通過學習，提高了自己的政治敏鋭性和鑑別能力，堅定了立場，堅定了信念，在大是大非問題面前，能夠始終保持清醒的頭腦。不斷改造自己的世界觀、人生觀和價值觀，樹立堅定的共產主義信念，使自己在思想上、行動上和黨組織保持高度一致。在政治思想上，堅持四項基本原則，與黨中央在政治上、思想上、行動上保持高度一致，擁護黨的路線、方針、政策，堅定對共產主義的信仰，堅決抵制違背科學發展觀的錯誤行為。
工作上，本人時刻牢記自己是一名共產黨員，用一滴水可以折射出太陽的光輝來警醒自己，踏實進取認真謹慎，忠於職守、盡職盡責，遵紀守法、廉潔自律，努力發揮黨員的先鋒模範作用，以吃苦在前、享樂在後和對自己負責、對班級負責、對黨負責的態度對待每一項工作，樹立大局意識、服務意識、使命意識，努力把全心全意為人民服務的宗旨體現在每個細節中;以改進工作作風、講求工作方法、注重工作效率、提高工作質量為目標，積極努力地完成各項工作任務。積極應對經融風暴，為企業將本增效出力.
回顧自己一年來學習和工作，對照黨員標準和評議標準要求，我感到，儘管自己還有許多的不足之處，有些方面還將有待於進一步提高，但自己的精神狀態應該説是良好的，工作作風應該説是務實的，思想觀念應該説是能夠與時俱進的，在過去的一年我在行動上有改進、工作上有提高。
我覺得我與新時期黨員的標準之間還存在有一定的差距。還需要更多的學習理論知識，深入領會，並堅持作到身體力行。以更加飽滿的學習熱情，以更加積極的精神面貌，開展工作學習;還需要進一步加大對思想政治理論的學習，不斷提高個人的思想理論水平。不斷加強對人生觀、世界觀、價值觀的改造，爭取成為一名優秀的共產黨員。
綜上所述，一年來，儘管自己還存在不少缺點和不足，但我認為，自己這些缺點和不足通過我的努力一定能夠克服和改正。因此黨員評議要求，我認為自己基本屬於合格黨
