那一粒粒金燦燦、黃澄澄的是什麼呢？對啦！它就是我們賴以生存的“朋友”——稻穀。可為什麼稻田裏的是金燦燦、黃澄澄的而不是我們生活中看到的像珍珠般晶瑩剔透的米粒呢？這是因為首先需要農民伯伯經過春播、夏耕、秋收三個時節的辛勤勞作，其次要將稻穀送進工廠給它們脱掉外衣洗個澡，再次將稻穀吹乾、打磨拋光換上漂亮的新裝，才能走進千家萬户成為餐桌上的美食——大米飯。如此複雜的糧食生產、流通、加工過程也存在着浪費。據《經濟日報》報道，我國因糧食生產、流通、加工和消費環節存在的浪費現象，每年損失糧食相當於2億多人的口糧，這是多麼讓人震驚的數字啊！

生活中，我們隨處可見有許多人在浪費資源，而且，還不以為然地説：“我國的資源還多着呢。”可他不想想，全中國這麼多人，每天要用掉多少資源呢!

就拿水資源來説吧，有不少人認為我們這裏不缺水。但大家可知道，每年我國都有一些地區出現乾旱，山裏有許多人們甚至連水都吃不上，更不説進行農業耕種了。要知道，我國是一個貧水國家，人均淡水量還不到世界人均的四分之一，尤其我國的北方，有許多地方都嚴重缺水，更不説在生產中造成的污染，使許多淡水資源都白白地浪費掉了。

而通過觀察，我發現在我們的校園裏，也存在不少浪費的現象，有很多同學到飲水機裝開水的時候，會先用半瓶或一瓶開水沖洗瓶子，這樣，校園每天都有大量開水被白白倒掉。有些同學洗手之後，忘記關水龍頭，讓乾乾淨淨的水白白地流走了，真讓人心疼。

在校園裏浪費最嚴重的是紙張。班上有些同學記筆記或做作業，經常會順手撕本子，有時一張紙上寫一個算式、畫一個圖形便不用了。很多本子只用了一半，到新學期便被丟棄了，雖然最後大部分都當廢紙回收了，但不能物盡其用，多可惜呀!

不少教室裏的燈，每天早上從第一個人進門打開，到下午最後一個人離開，整天都是亮的。有時候我們離開教室到操場上體育課或者到電腦室上電腦課，教室裏空無一人了，卻沒人關掉燈和風扇。
