do you know thanksgiving day?do you know why human thank god? thanksgiving falls on the fourth thursday of november, a different date every year. the president must proclaim that date as the official celebration. thanksgiving is a time for tradition and sharing. even if they live far away, family members gather for a reunion at the house of an older relative. all give thanks together for the good things that they have. in this spirit of sharing, civic groups and charitable organizations offer a traditional meal to those in need, particularly the homeless. on most tables throughout the united states, foods eaten at the first thanksgiving have become traditional. what should we thank?

二、學會閒扯。閒扯是與人交談的重要組成部分。很多時候,一個人不善言談,大多是不知道怎樣抓住談話時機,找到合適的話題。挑對説話的時機,就要了解別人的感覺。心理學家詹姆士説過:與人交談時,若能做到思想放鬆、隨隨便便、沒有顧慮、想到什麼就説什麼,那麼談話就能進行得相當熱烈,氣氛就會顯得相當活躍。抱着説得不好也不要緊的態度,按自己的實際水平去説,是有可能説出有趣、機智的話語來。所以,閒扯並不需要才智,只要扯得愉快就行。

三、讚美對方。不失時機地讚美對方,並且掌握讚美別人的技巧。利用心理上的相悦性,要想獲得良好的人際關係,就要學會不失時機地讚美別人。當然,讚美必須發自內心。因人而異,情真意切。

四、學會感謝。學會表達真誠的感謝。在人際交往中,免不了互相幫助。有時,哪怕只是一件微不足道的小事,也不要忘記説聲謝謝。感謝對方時注意使用親切的温暖的字眼,讓對方聽着心裏舒坦。

(1)談判時要避免談判破裂:有經驗的採購人員,不會讓談判完全破裂,否則根本不必談判,他總會讓對方留一點退路,以待下次談判達成協議。沒有達成協議總比勉強達成協議好。

(2)談判前要有充分的準備:知已知彼,百戰百勝,成功的談判最重要的步驟就是要先有充分的準備。採購人員的商品知識,對市場及價格的瞭解,對供需狀況瞭解,對本公司的瞭解,對供貨商的瞭解,本公司所能的價格底線、目標、上限,以及其它談判的目標都必須先有所準備,並列出優先級,將重點簡短列在紙上,在談判時隨時參考,以提醒自己。

(3)只與有權決定的人談判:本公司的採購人員接觸的對象可能有:業務代表、業務各級主管、經理、協理、副總經理、總經理、或董事長,看供貨商的規模大小而定。這些人的權限都不一樣。採購人員應避免與沒權決定事務的人談判,以免浪費自己的時間、同時可避免事先將本公司的立場透露給對方。談判之前,最好問清楚對方的權限。

(4)儘量在本公司辦公室內談判:在自己的公司內談判除了有心理上的優勢外,還可隨時得到其它同事、部門或主管的必要,支持同時還可節省時間與旅行的開支。

(5)放長線釣大魚:有經驗的採購人員知道對手的需要,故儘量在小處着手滿足對方,然後漸漸引導對方滿足採購人員自己的需要。避免先讓對手知道自己的需要,否則對手會利用此一弱點要求採購人員先作出讓步。

(6)採取主動,但避免讓對方瞭解本公司的立場:攻擊是最佳的防禦,採購人員應儘量將自己預先準備的問題,以開放式的問話方式,讓對方儘量暴露出對方的立場,然後再採取主動,乘勝追擊,給對方足夠的壓力,對方若難以招架,自然會作出讓步。

(7)必要時轉移話題:若買賣雙方對某一細節爭論不休,無法談攏,有經驗的採購人員會轉移話題,或喝個茶暫停,以緩合緊張氣氛。

(8)儘量以肯定的語氣與對方談話:否定的語氣容易激怒對方,讓對方沒有面子,談判因而難以進行。故採購人員應儘量肯定對方,稱讚對方,給對方面子,因而對方也會願意給面子。

(9)儘量成為一個好的傾聽者:一般而言,業務人員總是認為自己是能言善道,比較喜歡講話。採購人員知道這一點應儘量讓他們講,從他們的言談及肢體語言之中,採購人員可聽出他們優勢與缺點,也可瞭解他們的談判立場。

(10)不要誤認為50/50最好:有些採購人員認為談判的結果是50/50最好,彼此不傷和氣,這是錯誤的想法。事實上,有經驗的採購人員總會設法為自己的公司爭取最好的條件,然後讓對方也得到一點好處,能對他們的公司交待,因此站在好又多采購的立場,若談判的結果是60/40,70/30,或甚至是80/20,也就不會於心不忍了。(11)談判的十二戒:準備不周,缺乏警覺,脾氣暴躁,自鳴得意,過分謙虛,不留情面,輕諾寡信,過分沉默,無精打采,倉促草率,過分緊張,貪得無厭等。

(11)以退為進:有些事情可能超出採購人員的權限或知識範圍,採購人員不應操之過急,裝出自己有權或瞭解某事,做出不應作的決定,此時不妨以退為進,與主管或同事研究或弄清事實情況後,再答覆或決定也不遲,畢竟沒有人是萬事通的。草率倉促的決定大部分都不是好的決定,智者總是先深思熟慮,再作決定。

(12)儘量為對手着想:全世界只有極少數的人認為談判時,應趕盡殺絕,絲毫不能讓步。事實證明,大部分成功的採購談判都是要在彼此和諧的氣氛下進行才可能達成。人都是愛面子的,任何人都不願意在威脅的氣氛下談判,何況本公司與良好的供貨商應有細水長流的合作關係,而不是對抗的關係。
