英語廣播稿
G1: Hello, boys and girls. Today is Tuesday. Welcome to listen to Our English broadcast. I’m ShiYaping. I’m from Class 2, Grade 6. My friends, SunGuangwen and LiPing are sitting near me. Let them say hello to everyone.
B: Hello, everyone! I’m SunGuangwen.
G2: Hi, boys and girls! I’m LiPing. We hope you’ll enjoy today’s English broadcast.
B: 同學們，歡迎收聽今天的英語廣播，希望你們能夠享受今天的節目內容。
G1：First we prepared two tongue twisters for you, Let our mouth do some exercise.
首先，我們為大家準備了兩則繞口令，那麼讓我們的嘴巴活動起來吧。
B:人們飲酒過多，説起話來舌頭打卷。因此，英國警察曾讓司機跟讀下面的繞口令，以檢查其是否飲酒過量。Listen to me carefully. Walter was wailing, worrying and watching the wet weather and the wet wind. (第一遍讀慢點)

B: YES。It’s time to say something about Western countries’ culture.
G2: All right. 同學們，你們一定知道西方國家有着與我們不同的風俗文化。瞭解他們的風俗文化，能夠幫助我們更好地學習英語這門語言。
G1; 中國人的傳統美德是謙虛謹慎，面對恭維和誇獎應是推辭。如：有人誇您“ Your English is very good.”您的英語講得真好。”中國人就會説“過獎，過獎，講得不好。有人誇你“ You are a nice girl.”“你長得真漂亮！”中國人説“哪裏，哪裏”。
B： I have heard a joke like this. 有一則笑話説，一位外國朋友誇一位女士“ You are really beautiful.” 那位女士非常不好意思説，“哪裏， 哪裏！” 外國朋友一愣，忙説“ your eyes, your nose and your mouth, are all beautiful.”
G2: If you don’t the western countries’ culture, you maybe make a joke.
是啊，如果你不瞭解西方國家的風俗文化，説不定就會鬧出笑話來呢。
B： What can westerners do? 那麼西方人會怎麼做呢？
G1; 西方人從來不過分謙虛，對恭維一般表示謝意，表現出一種自強自信的信念。如：“You can speak very good English.”他們會説“Thank you.”“It’s a wonderful dish！” “您做的菜真好吃!”他們會説“I am glad you like it.” 很高興您喜歡。
B：所以，當説英語的人稱讚你時，千萬不要回答：“No，I don’t think so.”這種回答在西方人看來是不禮貌的，甚至是虛偽的。隨着社會的發展，我們已經越來越能理解中西方國家不同的文化，所以，同學們這種笑話您可別鬧啊！
G1: 關於打電話，我們中國人和西方人也是不一樣。 Do you know how to make a telephone call to our friends？中國人打電話時的用語與平時講話用語沒有多少差異。“喂，您好。麻煩您叫一聲王偉接電話。”“我是張英，請問您是誰？” 英語中打電話與平時用語差別很大。如：“Hello，this is John speaking.” “May I speak to Tom ,please？” “Is that Mary speaking？” “Who’s that?”
G2: 西方人一接到電話一般都先報自己的號碼或者工作單位的名稱。如“Hello，52164768，this is Jim.” 我們學生剛開始學英語會犯這樣的錯誤： “Hello，who are you please？”
B:I know how to make a call now. Boys and girls, do you understand? I think it’s good for us to learn English well. 我想多瞭解西方國家的文化知識對我們學好英語是有幫助。

B: Yes. 是的，又到了欣賞歌曲的時候了。So today what song will we listen to? 那麼我們今天將聽到什麼歌曲呢？
G2：Today we prepared the song , named “Pretty Boy”, from M2M. 今天我們為大家準備這首歌曲來自M2M，名叫“漂亮的男孩”。
B: M2M is a band of two young girls. Their name are Marit and Marion. They are from Norway. They are friends when they were five years old.
G1: M2M是一個由兩個女孩組成的樂隊。他們的名字分別是Marit（瑪莉特）, Marion(瑪莉安). 由於兩人名字都是M開頭，所以就叫M2M。 但是現在她們已經單飛，各自發展。
