產品開發項目經理崗位職責

崗位崗位職責：

1、負責接收新產品數據，組織新產品開發工藝檢討；

2、負責新產品ANPQP文件編制計劃安排及文件提交；

3、負責新項目啟動申請編制，召開項目啟動會及新項目各階段節點會議；

4、負責新項目整體開發進度管控及項目工作計劃安排。

任職資格：

1、熟悉項目管理知識；

2、掌握日產NES標準；

3、熟悉日產ANPQP相關文件；

3、熟練使用AUTOCAD，UG繪圖軟件；

4、熟悉衝壓、焊接、塗裝、機械製造等工藝；

1.具備最少五年手提包，餐袋，冰袋，揹包等箱包產品開發和生產經驗

2.英語四級以上具備英語讀寫能力熟練使用電腦軟件

3.能獨立跟進產品開發，及指導供應商至完成產品開發及生產

4.熟悉車縫材料及配件供應

5.有外貿行工作經驗者優先

6.性格外向內對外國企業文化有興趣者優先

Responsibilities:

1. Interface for customers;

2. Project planning; Adopt proper methods for project management;

3. Project controlling; Prepare for meetings, reviews and project milestones;

4. Perform Risk management;

5. Project coordination; Achieve the agreed project objectives;

6. Selection and identifying the product and process special characteristic based on customer requirement, which including product legal regulations, applicable functions and assemble requirement etc;

7. Establish the product quality objectives based on customer requirement, including ppm, process capability etc;

8. Ensure the availability of qualified human resource, and related training plan;

9. Handling the customer complaints timely, take necessary corrective and preventive measures to avoid the re occurrences;

10. Ensure the product and process design meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, preferably major in automotive technology;

2. 5+ years’ experience of project management role at international automotive company;

3. Ability to integrate in an international project team and willingness to work customer-oriented;

4. Good communication skills and Leadership skills for role as (local) project leader

5. Command of the English language in verbal communication and writing.
