客戶服務顧問崗位職責
1、負責解答手續辦理程序情況(保險,延保,金融);
2、負責相關部門溝通聯絡,收集所需資料,完成相應工作;
3、負責解答客戶流程的相關問題。
4、完成領導佈置的其他工作。
Provide assistance to our clients by replying to product, after-sales, Corporate enquiries through emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner demonstrating luxury through service;
Accurately track client details and requests using CRM systems;
Understand Moncler client’s needs, experiences and interests in order to improve the client experience offer, working both at a regional and HQ level with internal project stakeholders;
Work to improve Client Service processes, communication, tools at a regional level
Responsible for client service for e-commerce/digital campaign or ongoing project
Chinese native speaker with excellent communication skills
Proficient in English and Cantonese with both excellent verbal and written skills
3 years experience in a Customer Service role, e-commerce experience preferred
Natural flair for dealing with people, empathy and intuition
Action-oriented and drive for results, excellent team player
Proficient with the use of computer and software applications
Be really passionate about the fashion industry
Previous international experiences both in professional and non-professional contexts are considered a plus
