如何加強英文簡歷的製作

在國內中文簡歷比較重要，但是現在的趨勢就是雙語，有時候中文寫的洋洋灑灑，英文確令人哭笑不得。通常面試外企，多少都會有老外面試，一份得體的英文簡歷還是很重要的。那麼如何加強英文簡歷的製作呢?

一般人力資源比較偏好word版的簡歷，因為目前收到最多的還是模板簡歷，這樣看起來雖然清楚，但是在每天過濾不下100封簡歷的時候，附件中的簡歷還是比較令人期待的。

不鼓勵用excel和pdf做簡歷。

Word的好處是有簡歷模式，而且也有簡歷的範本，適合新鮮人使用。

英文簡歷格式和頁面

- 記得調整字體和大小，有些人的簡歷除了不同顏色以外還用不同字體，就像是在不同網站上粘貼過來的，非常不專業。

- Word本身帶有拼寫檢查，你這裏滿頁都是紅線，我這裏看到的也都是紅線

- 簡歷不要超過3頁，言語要精簡，最忌諱像論文一樣，但是沒有重點

- 寫完後一定要去頁面設置去除多餘的空白頁面，或者是orphan和widow現象，也就是單句的句子在頁面的最上面，是合併到前一頁

英文簡歷用詞

- 很多人喜歡在寫職責範圍的時候寫上”Be responsible for …’, 文法上來説是不需要的。這些事情是你已經做過的，直接説 ’Responsible for all outgoing couriers’ 就可以了

- 結了婚是Married, 未婚就是Unmarried? 偶爾看到有人寫上Single會倍感安慰

- 個性有闖勁，還是不要用aggressive，中文感覺還可以但其實英文裏這個詞是非常負面的，有暴躁的意思，不是優點。用energetic或者spirited比較好

- 英文有很多縮寫，但是在像簡歷這種正式場合還是少用為妙，比如Don’t可以換成do not，千萬不要用那些wanna, gonna來代替want to, going to

- 英文和中文一樣，標點符號後要空一格，不要所有句子擠在一起

用招聘網站的模板可以比較輕鬆，不過切忌檢查錯別字，因為模板上的是沒有拼寫檢查的。
