本社作為偃師重渡溝兩日遊的散拼中心，在8月6日重渡溝兩日遊團隊行程中確實有服務不到位的地方，還有別的其它問題，我社在這裏向廣大旅遊者真誠的致歉!希望廣大遊客能夠諒解理解，同時行程中對遊客造成的損失我社願意給予適當合理的補償，本社期待您過來咱們坐下來協商解決，謝謝!!!

首先，我僅代表航林酒店就4月21日團隊投訴表示深深歉意。

感謝印象旅行社對我酒店的大力支持，酒店自開業以來就和印象旅行社建立深厚合作關係，對此我深表感激，並希望我們的合作將在互相信任的基礎上更加緊密。

4月21日我酒店由於供電局區域電壓不穩定，客人一次性用電集中，在當晚23：38分出現了變電器電纜斷電的事故，給各位在住的客人帶來了很大的不便和不好的住宿體驗。對此，我代表航林酒店再次向貴旅行社道歉，由於我酒店的不可抗力的事故給貴旅行社帶來的麻煩，我酒店也需要自我檢討，及早排查隱患，避免類似事情。對此，十分抱歉!

當晚，酒店也迅速作出了反應，酒店總經理帶領全體管理層和員工奮戰一晚，最終在凌晨5:40恢復正常用電，保證在客人醒來一切正常，最終把事情的損失降低到了最低。

發生此次事件之後，我代表酒店及時向貴社説明情況，並親自對貴社當面道歉並爭取到三張免費住房券。當然，我認為我們之間的合作是長遠的，所以我又為貴旅行社爭取了一些更長久的補償，並在此承諾13年5月31日前所有貴社的團隊在我酒店可以享受到同比市場價再低10元的優惠政策，僅此來表示我酒店期待與您更長久合作的誠意!
