我們廣告公司成立5週年的日子，也正是在這一年，《都市名片》雜誌開始正式發行。作為一名設計人員，很幸運我參與了其中的製作，並在其中投入自己的心血和工作，每一期新雜誌拿在手裏，都有一種説不出的自豪和高興。回頭看看每一期的雜誌出版的歷程，似乎也看到了自己的工作過程，從起初的嘗試到現在比較自由的設計，除了自身有了很大的提高外，我感受更多的是公司自身的壯大和發展，似乎有一片更廣闊的`天地在等待開發。在一年的工作中，緊張和繁忙之餘，我感受更多是開發區的迅猛發展，在這樣的形式下，陽光廣告公司以及為它進行奮鬥的每個員工都有着更美好的發展空間。而我們公司正是王總的高瞻遠矚下，及時的把握大的發展方向，為公司未來的發展奠定了基礎。也使我在這一年中，從一個更高的層面上對自己的工作進行理解和把握，更好的審視自己的工作心態。更讓我明白了，作為一個設計人員，所關心的不單單是個設計，還要站在高端，發揮高端，只有這樣才能設計出具有陽光廣告公司特點的好作品。

自在公司工作以來，盡職的做好每一份工作，在公司的各項活動都積極參與。

來公司剛開始就主要在做《都市名片》的設計工作，現在做到第五期；就《都市名片》這本雜誌在這段期間的工作中出現的問題做以總結：

一、雜誌在製作發行時缺少一個整體的市場調查，就難以做出準確的市場定位，所以所達到的市場效果，就不是太理想，沒有形成一個媒體在本地區所造成的影響立。

二、做為一個免費發行的dm雜誌，我感覺我們沒有為所服務客户的做好市場發行與推廣，這樣就影響了客户對雜誌的關注這樣行成的惡性循環是不利於雜誌本身的發展的，起主要原因是沒有準時準確的發行（就像看一個電視節目一樣，不能準時的撥出就會影響收視率），其次發行量的普及不夠，就有可能喪失一部分讀者（商家在我們雜誌做廣告是為了更多人羣瞭解他的商品和服務，有了發行量和普及度就能成為我們吸引商家的一個要點）。

三、我們雜誌週期太長，兩個月的時間，做為一個在鮁魚圈的新媒體這樣的速度就成了現在制約雜誌發展的一個條件，現在娛樂圈不是有一種形式，不管歌唱的怎麼樣，戲演的怎麼樣，首先要先混個臉熟，其實這也可以成為我們媒體在地區乃至全國造成影響力的先決條件，在這個基礎上把雜誌做精做美。

四、雜誌沒有在市場上引起共鳴，其原因我想是缺少了兩樣東西：權威性和娛樂性，做了5期雜誌，我感覺我們缺少的就是這個，我們所出了文章沒有給讀者造成轟動和影響，説白了就是不能刺激讀者的大腦皮層，這樣就不能引起讀者對我們特別關注。

五、就是我們公司這段時間來做雜誌人員的不完整，雜誌的這個班子沒有雛形，人員的匱乏便是以上四個問題出現的必然性。
