nice to hear from you. i want to tell you a good habit i have started.i enjoy reading english novels for halfan hour every day.

i used to have difficulties in learning english. my teacher suggests reading englishnovels. amazingly, it worked!to develop this habit, i often took a book with me so that i could read at any time. also, i often wrote downnew words i saw. little by little, i fell in love with reading english novels and reading became part of my life. i enjoyed it.

i really benefit a lot from my reading habit. reading makes me a wise man as well as helps with myenglish studies. i am sure reading books will become my lifelong activity.

it's a great pity that you only stay for two days in beijing that you cannot enjoy every tourist attractions. but you can still visit the attractions of the most representative. firstly, i suggest you going to the great wall, which is the longest wall and one of the eight wonders of the world. it was built by hands only, which seems unimaginable. on the second day, you can visit to the imperial palace where you can learn more about chinese history. it was built in 1406 and there were 24 emperors living in there. and then you can go to summer palace or beihai park.

there are some ways to reuse the wastes. the used plastic bags can be used to contain our family rubbish. the empty tins can be made into ashtrays. we can also make the used bottles into different kinds of handiwork. that will make our rooms more beautiful.

有許多廢品再利用的方法。用過的塑料袋可以用來裝家裏的垃圾;空罐頭盒可以製成煙灰缸。我們也可以將用過的瓶子製成各種各樣的手工藝品，把我們的房間裝扮得更美。

if we don't know how to reuse the wastes, we can sell them to the recycling station.

this summer holiday, i went to beijing by train with my parents. it was the first time i had taken the train, and i looked out into the landscape, and in the blink of an eye i got to another place.

coming to the great wall of badaling, beijing, i saw many visitors and visitors who climbed the great wall. listen to mother say, climb the north eighth floor of the great wall is a good han, i also hear yao teacher say the great wall has more than 20,000 meters, was built during the warring states period. after listening to my mother and teacher yao, the wall was so long that i quickly climbed up and didn't rest for a while. i finally climbed to the north eighth floor of the great wall, and i proudly shouted on the eighth floor of the north tower: i am a good man, and the echo came from the mountain.

we went down to the great wall to eat beijing's famous peking duck. far away i can smell the delicious roast duck. at the roast duck restaurant, my mother bought a hot dish of roast duck, and i couldn't help it. after eating, our whole family became "spunk-faced cat". i thought, i have climbed to the north eighth floor of the great wall, must be a good man!

in beijing, goodbye, my parents and i left beijing on time for the evening train.

“成功的花，人們只驚羨她開放時的明豔。然而當初她的芽兒，浸透了奮鬥的淚泉，灑遍了犧牲的血雨。”

我因為對籃球運動的痴迷，進而對其他所有的運動都或多或少的有一些喜歡和了解。當2022年逐步走近，我的心裏對明年在北京舉辦的冬奧會也滿滿地期待。

奧運是什麼?我覺得那是一個舞台，展現着力量、意志、技巧和自然的美，以及生理上的極限，贏得了數以億記觀眾的青睞，人們為勝利所鼓舞，為失誤而遺憾，為參與而自豪。

亦如我在籃球場上進攻、防守，為得分欣喜雀躍，為失敗懊惱悲傷。揮灑的汗水以及與隊友默契的配合，從來都是我快樂的源泉。每一次認真的運球、投籃，每一次在賽場上的來回奔跑，每一次大比分落後時的堅持，隊員之間相互的.激勵，蹙緊的眉頭和堅毅的眼神……奧運的賽場上，人人不都是如此嗎?沒一個冠軍，是在舒適安逸中得到。當人們驚歎於運動員的輝煌時，卻很少關注他們的日常。殘酷的訓練，枯燥無味的堅持……

明年，在鳥巢，在張家口，這些衝破寒風，迎向冰雪，將汗水無數遍揮灑的健兒，將向世人明證：成功源於堅持。

“不經一番寒徹骨，那得梅花撲鼻香”。每一名冬奧運動健兒，就是一朵在冰雪中綻放的梅花，寒風與冰雪，不過是淬鍊其品格罷了。

在寒雪中，我將以“積睦步，行萬里”的姿態，好好學習，為自己加油，為你們加油，為中國加油，為2022年冬奧會加油!
