在網上投遞簡歷後，接到人事主管的電話通知面試。由HSE部門經理作簡單工作介紹後，帶入行政副總辦公室開始面試。主要談論以前的工作內容，擅長什麼技能或專長，想離開原公司的原因。但該行政副總坦言只想招聘應屆大學生，薪酬不高，推薦其他管理崗位，並被帶到生產現場參觀，本人表示願意從事其他管理崗位。面試後一週未有反饋信息，應為面試失敗。
