看到業績的變化，其實我也是非常的高興，畢竟第一季度受到疫情的影響，所有的同事們其實都是非常的沮喪，那時候也是不知道什麼時候能復工，自己的工作是不是還能做下去，會不會丟掉，但是經過了短暫的低迷期之後，第二季度的工作也是順利的去進行，開展了，酒店的客人數量也是逐漸的增多了，而我們財務部門的工作也是正常的開展，之前一直沒有營業，也是財務部門沒有什麼太多的事情可以做，而第二季度的工作量上來也是讓我們感到欣喜，工作的動力也是大了不少，財務部門的工作也是認真的去完成了，做好了財務報表，報税，等各項工作都是認真的去完成了，同時也是和其他部門同時的溝通之中感受到向上的氛圍，我也是期盼着酒店的經營會越來越少，這樣我們財務的工作才能更好的回到正常的軌道上來。

一、住房公積金交納工作
當時我院剛開始為職工交納住房公積金。財務科的領導把這項任務交給了我。由於職工住房公積金是一項新業務，此前沒有先例可察。我在學習了有關政策法規後，建立了住房公積金總賬，負責為職工交納住房公積金。基於我院沒有實行財會工作電算化，我為職工建立了手工明細賬，並負責與銀行對賬工作。
二、藥品核算工作
由於崗位輪換，我開始負責醫院藥品的核算與審核工作。我院藥品採購量大，品種多。我根據藥品廠家設置應付賬款明細賬。每月負責與藥庫會計的對賬工作。由於我責任心強，工作勤奮，使得每一筆廠家的款項賬目清楚、準確。在工作中，我積極為廠家落實每一筆款項的到賬情況，為了解決他們的問題，經常加班加點。對於每月住院處轉來的欠費，逐筆審核，對本院職工擔保而發生欠費的情況進行了統計。按照院裏的有關規定，對這些欠費進行了催繳。經過我的努力工作，為醫院催繳回來許多欠費，其中一些是多年以前的，為醫院挽回了一定的經濟損失。
三、財務出納工作
每日負責存交住院處、收費處的收入以及審核住院處、收費處收入日報表;負責支票的存交、日常醫院所有的現金支付。我工作認真負責，每天記現金日記賬，跑銀行，務必做到每天的賬款相符。節假日醫院的活動從未參加過，就是過年除夕也是堅持崗位，認認真真，從未出過任何差錯。由於服務態度良好，工作認真負責，踏實肯幹，獲得醫院的嘉獎。
順利的通過會計師考試，在工作中，我用會計師的標準來嚴格要求自己。認真審核原始憑證，正確使用會計科目，製作支出憑證。在此期間負責我院醫療保險，生育保險的結賬工作。在我接手之前，我院開設的便民快速門診的醫療保險帳從未結算過，從未與醫保中心對過賬。針對這種情況。我主動將便民快速門診的醫保帳按月打印出來，與醫保中心對賬。我做了大量的工作，細緻而嚴謹地逐一分析查找，終於與醫保中心核對上了，為醫院的資金回籠作出了貢獻。
